With 50th place, HST Groep once again ranks in the Top 100 Logistics Service Providers of 2024. Thanks to our focus on efficiency and more sustainable logistics, we have climbed in the ‘top 100’ this year. This growth, which we have maintained for three consecutive years, demonstrates the continuous progress we are experiencing. In 2022, we were ranked 67th, making our rise to 50th place over three years a proud achievement.
The Top 100: an Annual Research Endeavor
The Top 100 Logistics Service Providers is a prestigious study of the top players in the Dutch logistics sector. It provides a comprehensive overview of the key Dutch entities in transport and logistics. The research is conducted annually by logistiek.nl, the platform for the Dutch logistics service industry, in collaboration with Buck Consultants International, an advisory firm specializing in economics, supply chain, logistics, and real estate.
From Sustainable Innovations to Warehousing
You don’t simply make it into the top 100 of logistics service providers. The selection process focuses strongly on (sustainable) innovations and advancements. In addition to sustainable indicators such as eco-friendly transport and sustainable warehousing, there is also emphasis on supply chain management, where we have achieved “best in class” this year.
Moreover, digitalization, innovations in labor, and training are also considered in the evaluation. Naturally, factors such as warehouse square footage, number of employees, and company turnover also play a role in the assessment.
